So here's another tachinid I can't identify to genus level. What is it?

How variable is scutellum color?

Colouration of scutellum is variable in Phryxe.
In vulgaris, always more than half red. This one is very red, suggesting Huebneria. But the humeral setae contradict Huebneria, the way I see it.
