The photo was taken today, in Hungary.

I think it is Bothria frontosa (male), Tachinidae.

Bothria frontosa has a wide frons (widely separated eyes) in both sexes.

After John's reply I went through the Tachinidae gallery, but I'm still just an amateur, can it be Panzeria / Ernestia puparum?
