This is subgenus Savtshenkia for sure. With the key by Peeters & Oosterbroek (
http://ccw.natura..._2016a.pdf) I came close to
T. confusa. However, I cannot see the typical comma-shaped white spot in the second basal cell that ist depicted in Figs. F133 and F134. The alternative choice is based on the shape of the genitals. I suppose this is a female, but length and shape of the ovipositor are not recognizable. So the species
T. benesignata,
T. limbata,
T. staegeri,
T. alpium, and
T. signata remain as possible candidates. Here I am at my wits' end - sorry!
