I found this Acroceridae near the little village of Salbertrand in Susa Valley, Piedmont (Italy) at 1000 mt above sea level, on July 11th. Could it be
Acrocera orbiculus?

Pity we have such a difficult angle on the wing venation, but I'd say you are right.
