I could study a specimen, thank to Christoophe, and we were dead wrong.

It is the male of Minthodes picta (could have fooled me !)
This species usually lacks reddish markings on the abdomen, which makes it pretty difficult to recognize it as Minthoini from picture.
The antenna, of course, did not look like Loewia.

Also a boreo-alpine species and still very interesting.
