They are photographs of what I believe are two different specimens of the same species.
Both are photographed inside my house in Motril, Granada, Spain,
This first photograph is taken on 2016-12-28

This second picture is taken with the insect on the mirror of my bathroom.
It is actually montage of two different shots, to get the insect and its reflection, focused.
This second picture is taken on 2017-01-08
The diptero has an apparent size of about 2.5-3 mm
