It is clearly a Winthemiini and it definitely looks like Smidtia (formerly: Timavia) amoena. However, the vertex seems a little bit broad.
We would need to check the genitalia to be sure
(Smidtia is an extremely diverse complex, however, so far restricted to Russian Far East and Japan. But you never know ...)
