A Phytomyptera (formerly: Elfia).

They are parasitoids of Tineidae in tree mushrooms.

Very very difficult genus to ID !

The American species are mostly parasitoids of conifer needle miners and leaf tiers.
They have never been revised but some are recognizable from descriptions.

Hi John,

What I meant was that members of the former genus Elfia are parasitoids of Tineidae to be found in tree mushrooms.
Other species of Phytomyptera, indeed, are not !
