Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Acroceridae ? -> No, it's Phoridae - perhaps even more ID possible?

Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Seedorf bei Ratzeburg, walking path right by a lake, at a wall; Outsidephotos: kuv, 22th of August 2016. Please help to get the ID (Sorry, I don't collect the specimen).
