An Anthomyzidae (?) found in North of France, Clairmarais, the 17 september 2016, in a marshy place, in a forest

I asked Jindřich Roháček about this one.
He answered that it is a species of
Anagnota and most probably
Anagnota bicolor. But there is two similar species in Europe and
Anagnota major, and safe indentification can only be possible with male and female terminalia
