I don't know. I know it is not Mycophaga testacea
because that has partly reddish scutellum, but I do not know about related species. I cannot for certain say that it is Muscidae, but looking further in the Anthomyiidae gallery there is also this picture of Pegomyia
. Oddly enough, the males of that species in the Gallery all have grey fore tibiae, the female's fore tibia is rather orange.
Anyway, I am venturing on thin ice as I know preciously little about Anthomyiidae...
