Hello,

I found this fly May 27 on reed at the Mulde river reservoir near Bitterfeld, Sachsen Anhalt, Germany. Could it be Anthomyza gracilis? They were running very quickly up and down the plant.
Is it possible to give an ID?

Best regards,

Hans

Anthomyza sp. This group requires examination of genitalia for reliable ID.
