Well, I'd vote for
T. sibiricum that is described as follows: "Tergite 3-4: middle, dark stripe more than twice as wide as the anterior yellow stripe; tergite 3: posterior yellow stripe narrow: its width 1/3-1/2 times the width of the anterior yellow stripe. ->
Temnostoma sibiricum Portschinsky". However, the confirmation by a Syrphid expert is appreciated!
