Might be a Tachinidae, surely not a Stratiomyidae

Looks rather like Lispe (Muscidae) to me. Perhaps Nikita can help.

I would say Paragus sp., Syrphidae

When you view the Original image you can see from the wing venation that it cannot be Syrphidae. I think Tony cannot be far off...
