Aedes cinereus seems to fit.

It seems to be a
Culex pipiens.

I don't think I've ever seen a
Culex with such a pointed abdomen and long cerci.
Aedes seems more likely

The reddish thorax, even pale band along the abdomen and black spots behind the eyes are diagnostic for
Aedes cinereus.
