Yes, the golden tergites 4-5 clearly show these are E. notata, now the 5th invider of that genus to Europe.

Have you collected any? I am in Naturkunde Museum Berlin, c/o Joachim Ziegler right now and for the next 2.5 months and will be glad to see the specimens and keep them in berliner collection!!!
