Looks like Blondeliini to me -- divergent scutellar bristles, obtuse bend in M, excavation in T1+2 not reaching hind margin, strong ads on mid tibia, black with white shoulders and bands on tergites. (Not all Blondeliini have all of these characters, or even most of them.)

Yes, Blondeliini it is ! Might very well be Oswaldia muscaria, but I cannot be sure on my small holiday screen.
