I wonder if it's a Kyrbia unicolor?
It seems to me, that the marginal bristles on tergite 4 are missing...
size ca. 5mm, glossy black (maybe with slight bronze hue)

P.S. I hope it's not merely Paykullia maculata ;)

It's possible but I can't see enough detail in the photo to rule out other Wagneriini

Hi, Chris. Thanks for your input! What details do you need to see? (I have more images and I could try to make some better photos.)
And I'm glad to know that it's not Rhinophoridae :D

Hi Sergiy
I have no doubt this is Kirbya indeed. ON the species, I am less sure.
It seems that the petiole is too long for unicolor. Also the length of the costal spine and the marginals on tergite 4 support moerens rather than unicolor. Please note that the abdomen is unicolour as well in the female of K. moerens. Is this female ?
And, you might improve the quality of your pics by putting your specimen in a white 'box' of paper and using a white paper screen on the background.

Hi, Theo
Well, it looks like it's a female (the frons is pretty broad). I've tried to identify it with Tschorsnig's keys for Tachinidae of Central Europe (in Chris' translation) and I've opted for unicolor because I can't see any strong bristles on the abdomen at all. Tomorrow I'll try to make better shots (thanks for your advice).
By the way, if you interested, I can find the way to send the specimens to you (I have 2).

So, Kirbya moerens? Is there only two species in Europe?

A specimenof K. unicolor would be grately appreciated and I have moerens for comparison.
I can only be sure if I can study the specimen (in this case): unicolor is rare and I have never seen it.
I will send you a PM (check your PM mail)
