It's not Delia radicum as the ventral setae on hind femur are correct for radicym. It is a Delia species as the partly exposed genitalia indicate, but I would not like to speculate as the necessary characters are not visible.

In the past I saw many male Delia platura, with those swollen belly.
So maybe you can show the row of pv hairs on the hindtibia, to confirm D. platura on the other photos..?

No..:)

See my photo of the row of pv setae.
Sometimes on certain angles they disappear behind the hindtibia (in your case)

Thanks anyway Johanna, it's always difficult to show ventral setae on picture.
Next time I'll try to focus on it B)
Have a nice day
