This picture was taken in Switzerland on 2000 m a.s.l. Is may guess correct?

In the nearctic key it runs to
Cephenemyia. Larvae are found in noses of Cervidae.
Compare the shape of vein M after the last crossvein to distinguish
Hypoderma.
