Hello everyone!
Could anyone help me with the ID of this fly please ? It was captured in a mango orchard in Reunion Island!

This is a
Rhodesiella species, Chloropidae. It cannot be identified further from a photo.

Chloropidae, Rhodesiellinae: Rhodesiella ?rugosa (Lamb, 1912). Identified Rhodesiella species are not known from La Réunion. Lamb (1912, Trans. Linn. Soc. London (Ser. 2) 15: 303-348, pls. 15-16) described on p.333 Meroscinis rugosa from the Seychelles, transferred to Rhodesiella by Bezzi (1919). The description agrees with the details to be seen in the photographs. The species is also known from Saudi Arabia (Palearctic Region).
