Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Minute flies on roting-meat smell flower

These flies, with the half of the size of a Drosophila, came massively to the bloom of Dracunculus vulgaris, one of these stinking flowers that imitate carrion.

Can they be identified? Thanks!
