Hi,
can anyone help me identify these
Pipunculidae?
I took the photo on 15 May 2014 Kokkola, Finland.

Could it be a male of Cephalops obtusinervis?

A female Eudorylas. For species ID a good, lateral and dorsal view of the ovipositor is necessary. So you may have to dissect it.

Eudorylas subfascipes makes sense. It’s more common in the area.
