A Query Woodlouse Fly - Rhinophoridae-Woodlouse Flies

Could it be either Melanophora roralis or Catharosia pygmaea A Tachnid - I favour the latter but anyone on Tachnid scheme appreciated Please ignore the annotation until corrected / confirmed
