I take the photo on 28.7.2010 Kokkola, Finland.

Chironomus (Chironomus). It resembles commutatus and plumosus. Do you have an accurate size measurement? Can you tell whether the fore tarsus has long hairs, typically from the middle of the first segment to the end of the third?
