Mansonia generally have white bands on the legs, and annulifera is regarded as a pale species (some of the others are darker brown with white marks). The presence of four white dots (rather than stripes) on the thorax is also a feature of annulifera. It's certainly not an albino, or any other colour variant caused by lack of pigment - there are plenty of dark (melanin-rich) scales on the legs.
