Many thanks for help to find the correct genera!
It is Besseria melanura according to "Die Raupenfliegen Mitteleuropas" (1994). Seems to be a relatively exclusive species for sandy areas in SE Sweden. The other Besseria-species recorded in Sweden is B. anthophila.
