I'm almost sure that the genus is Chrysotoxum, the abdomen with the Yellow bands on T2 and T4 make me think about the specie bicintum, another thiny Yellow band could be the variant tricintum, so I think Chrysotoxum bicinctum var. tricinctum female.
Is it right?
