I know this is a Moth Fly (Psychodidae), but can it be identified further? Photo taken at John Wayne Marina, Near Sequim, Clallam Co., WA, USA 08/08/2013

Clogmia albipunctata. For identification of North American Psychodidae species, however, www.bugguide.net is a safer bet than www.diptera.info

Thanks Paul. However, why is my photo look so different than this one from Bugguide.net if it is the same species from the same state?

It is not very different. The differences seem to be mainly in the exposure and lightning rather than on the specimen. The shape of the wing, the length of the antennae and the position of the various spots and hair patches on the body are about the same.

This is a very variable species in size and colour intensity. The hairs can be brown, greyish to almost black, and it varies a lot how much they contrast to the white spots. The pattern is typically the same, though.
