What genus could this small Empid (body 1,5 mm) be?

Photos from 4 maj 2013 Båtsmansmyren 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

It seems that this fly is a Anthepiscopus oedalinus. Iteaphila should have R4+5 branched into two.
