Can anyone help with the ID of this one? I am thinking Scatophagidae, is that right? Is it possible to take the ID further?

I saw the bird, a woodpecker called a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker, that had made the holes in this tree that had caused sap to run out and lots of flies to show up to feed on the sap.

Forest, large maple tree, West Virginia USA. A warm day, 13 March 2007. Length of this fly was 6-7 mnm.
