This will be another difficult one. Can you at least confirm the family? I am also sometimes struggling to tell some members of this family apart from some Sphaerocerids.

I suspect it belongs to the giant genus
Megaselia. A phorid it is in ay case.

Thx guys, around 200 species of M. are known from Hungary with at least another 300 are likely be present. I leave this one for the pros...B)
