France, Dordogne. Mixed woodland/meadow on limestone.
8th June 2012. Size 6mm. (ref#93). Taken on Juniper
I think this is
Staurochaeta albocingulata
(The host feeds on Juniper bushes)

You have made some amazing discoveries.
This one is correct (the Juniperus was a giveway, of course)
