Who knows the name of this Tachinid fly..?
Found 12-6-2012 in Zeist, Holland

That seems to be Paracraspedothix (one species only: montivaga).

Any info on habitat of this fly ?

I always think that it lives in wet woodland, kitchen windows and shady driveways (from the localities that were reported to me) :) These all seem to point towards a species that attacks something on shade-loving plants.
