In his article Adrian Pont write "subcostal sclerite (setulose/bare)".
Is it synonym of "basycosta (setulose/bare)"
Nikita?

This question waited 12 years. Today I got e-mail from Adrian Pont:
"I was looking for something else and saw your note.
The subcostal sclerite is a triangular plate at the base of the subcosta on the ventral wing surface. It is setulose in Neomyia and a few other genera."
