Photograph taken on June 24, 2012, in housing in urban areas, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 1 mm

Not Phlebotomus. This is a Psychoda (Tinearia), most likely Psychoda (Tinearia) alternata. Phlebotomus are less hairy, more slender and have narrower wings - see the gallery for an example.

I appreciate your comment, Gunnar M Kvifte.
I am able to take pictures of these little Diptera. And sometimes, to take good pictures .... But unfortunately my ability to identify what appears in my photographs, is very low ...
So thank you very much to all the experts who give me their opinion, the help I provide to identify the insect that appears in my photos. But I have no capacity to know what is the best opinion.
I edit the title to the hope that more experts to review and thus get more accurate identification.

With so many white hairs on the wings Tinearia ustulata maybe is a better guess.
