Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tiny fly, Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee, USA

Can anyone tell me what family I have here? It was attracted to the mercury vapor light at the University of Tennessee field station, in the Great Smoky Mountains, Sevier County, Tennessee USA. Deciduous forest.
I believe the size was 2 mm. Date 08/08/08.
