It isn't Lucilia ;) In my very little experience, at least I know those :D
It think it is
Protophormia, as it doesn't seem to have acrostical postsutural bristles.
I have just learnt this, thanks to my own
Protophormia ;)
But I don't know if there is another similar genus en Finland. Better wait for an expert opinion ;)

There is also
Protophormia atriceps in Finland. And to separate those two is way beyond my knowledge :( :@
But sure one of the experts can tell you something ;)
