Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Psilidae?

Does this fly belong to the family Psilidae? (As for me it resembles Psilidae very strong). What genus is it? It has been caught in winter wheat crop this year and its body length is about 4 mm.

With that white arista that would be my guess, too.
