Shape of genital is different from cylindrica as is shape of hind tibia. In key of EO Engel step 1. asks pterostigma..... To me it looks as if this wing has a pterostigma but i have no experience with exotic Leptogasters.:) but if it is really a stigma then.....I am not at home at this moment so it might take some time before i react next time.
