Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Therevidae fly?

Could anyone help towards the ID of this fly, I think it belongs to the Therevidae family, is it right?

p.s. Paul you can keep this shots I am going to post in the Diptera gallery, if you wish.

I think Empididae, perhaps Empis sp. Others will let you know for sure.
