Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dolichopodidae - Poecilibothrus nobilitatus

Can anyone confirm my tentative ID of this fly? A mass of them were gathered on the surface of a tiny shallow stream through a meadow and the males were flicking their white-tipped wings open to court females.

26.6.11 c7mm Wiltshire UK.
