Can the genus and species be identifiable?

On 7th August 2011, on Solidago virgaurea, in the top of Moncayo mountain, NE Spain.

Moncayo region is very beautiful! Must be a treasure for flies. I passed by Moncayo yesterday and it looked very promising!

Isidro, have you captured the fly? It should be interesting to see the details.
It looks very much like C. solidaginis White, 1986, but there is a chance for C. loewiana Hendel.
