Hi Andre.
Yes, it is Scothophaga stercoraria, the most easy character to be almost sure is blackish antennae.
I doubt that prey is Sepsidae. In addition to fly (prey) itself, Sepsidae are smart beast, I don't know why, may be smell, but another predator flies never attack Sepsidae (in exgauster, for example).
