To me, it looks like Euthycera fumigata (cp. http://www.dipter...;pid=39525).

Limnia is correct for sure. I had not seen one before, but now I learn that the thorax colouration (in females) is decisive. I checked my Euthycera photo collection immediately, but there are no unidentified Limnias among them. In the future I will pay attention to that genus!
