Larva was collected in Turkmenien in mountainous stream. Not everything in focus but larva was very small. 3 mm.

larva reminds me of Berdeniella (fam. Psychodidae), with these long anal appendages.

The adult (if really associated) is not a Berdeniella - I have suggested elsewhere that it might be a Saraiella
