Found in Danum valley field centre, Sabah province, Borneo. Mixed primary dipterocarp rainforest.

As far as I know two pairs of spines on each pleura means genus Teleopsis. But tough Teleopsis, I have nevev seen such a long spines and stalks.

According to the specialist, Hans Feijen, it's for sure a Teleopsis pallifacies, described by Feijen himself....

It's all done with hydraulics after it emerges from the puparium.
