Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this 5mm fly?
I take the photo on 19 July 2010 Kokkola, Finland.

This fly is probably Senotainia, Miltogramminae, Sarcophagidae.
These flies are the nest parasites , for instance of different
Crabronidae: on the enclosed photo of Bembicinus.

Conica is the most frequent species of genus Senotainia.
I suppose that it is on your photos. Liekele Sijstermans is,
however, an excellent specialist on Sarcophagiae and thatīs
why you must wait for his oppinion.
