Hi Jorge,

Neither Tephritidae nor Lauxaniidae. This fly belongs to the family Opomyzidae. It is a specimen of the genus Geomyza. It is difficult to be sure about which species it is. I know that Geomyza tripunctata often has a rather reddish thorax in southern Europe, so that might be a candidate, but it could also be Geomyza narthsukae. The genitalia should be studied for a positive identification.
