Hi,

There seems to be some confusion about the gender of Choerades. In several checklists the species names end on ...a, in a few other checklists the species names end on .....us.
On Fauna Europaea most species names in the genus Choerades end on ..........a however there is also a species name ending on ...us (i.e. C. fortunatus). So that seems rather strange to me. But since I have no idea at all about the gender of Choerades, I don't know what is correct.
